What are the pricing and packages for proforce sports performance training?

are they group sessions? what makes each class individualized?
They are group sessions which is why we request that you schedule at least 12 hours before the start of class time. We do limit our class sizes. Within the group setting, each athlete will complete their own custom training program that is designed specifically for them based on the data we gather during their evaluation.
How long does each session last?
Our Pre-High and High School sessions are designed to last 75 minutes. Some athletes can take up to 90 minutes depending on their specific workload.
Our Mighty ProForce, Advanced Speed and Adult Fitness sessions are designed to last 60 minutes.
How long are the evaluations?
The evaluation is unique to the sport, age, and issues we find. Our evaluations usually last 30-45 minutes.
Will they be working out with athletes their age?
We group our athletes developmentally by age and ability so our athletes will generally be training with athletes around their same age/athletic ability.
Is there a family Discount?
Yes! The first family member enrolled pays full price. Each additional family member gets $25 off per month.
Do you offer team training?
We do offer team training and we do discount team training based on the number of athletes in the group and the number of training sessions. We offer team training at our facilities and offsite as well. Please call 513-446-3663 or email Kevin at Khollabaugh@proforcesp.com for more information.
